Change as a manager / consultant and will manage mid-size projects relating to corporate change initiatives that impact multiple works. Will help in the management of the general situation of the project, budget, resources, change controls and risks. You will partner with the technology, business and technical teams of internal and external to achieve goals. Active participation in the management / implementation of project activities. Position and usually the effects of cross-functional or departments; may be some of the projects also have a significant impact on the ability of management to effectively provide products or services. Required Skills: * 5 + years of practical experience of project management / change * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Excel required. * You must be able to translate plans / policies to specific targets, and tactics and action plans and plans for completion *, preparing for, and facilitate effective team meetings work and presentations * applied to all aspects of the program / project management: resource planning, and distribution of work, and risk / management issues and financial management, planning, implementation, testing and training / communications, etc.. * Ability to learn and business partner / client and the business systems and operations, brings voice of the customer in the project submittals projects and manages the relationships between the partners. * Supports achievement of business goals by working on more complex activities or projects with others within the unit or with partners. * You must be able to communicate effectively in the case of the problem to senior management * Familiarity with the operations of the mortgage servicing * strong analytical skills and the ability to identify issues, determine root cause and find a solution. * Excellent influencing, communication skills and writing - building skills Excellent team building and relationship. * Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment. * Excellent skills in organizational management and time. Project management background, able to handle multiple projects. 2. Knowledge of financial services and mortgage. 3. Strong presentation skills - PowerPoint, Excel. Required Skills: * Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) * PMP certification if that person can make reporting more efficient and the required level, and looking for a very strong fundamentals of project management. The project will include the establishment of servicers to take on bad loans and then monitor performance.
